About Us
United Pilates provides an energetic and elevated Pilates experience with semi-private, intimate group classes along with private sessions. For private sessions please contact us for scheduling.
Our semi-private classes are welcoming and open level with emphasis placed on proper form and execution of movement. Certified and experienced instructors provide dynamic sessions on state-of-the-art equipment, building your body and spirits up from the core out.
You will leave your sessions feeling stronger, motivated, better aligned and more mobile, allowing you to be more connected and present for the everyday activities waiting outside the studio doors.
At United Pilates, we address your personal fitness and overall wellness goals, inspiring you to perform at your own best standards in a judgement- free and supportive space.
Our studio has been designed to be welcoming and conducive to an optimal mind-body connection throughout your time with us.

STUDIO POLICIES
PREGNANCY
Semi-private group classes can be attended during the first trimester of pregnancy. After that private sessions are recommended for the duration of your pregnancy.
CANCELLATIONS
We require cancellation 24 hours in advance for your session. Please email or call us as soon as possible so that guests on the waitlist have a chance to book open spots. Cancellations made outside of the 24 hour window will result in a charge for the full price of the class.
TARDINESS
Due to the intimate nature of the classes we cannot allow for more than 5 minutes of tardiness in order to be fair to those students who arrive on time and also to ensure that students take part in a proper warm up of the body. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your class. We please ask that you do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your scheduled class.
